officially opened Gypsy Cece Tattoo at
209 Hibernia St. in the heart of downtown Cobourg, ON
With a combined total of 25 years tattoo experience, all three artists have completed formal tattoo apprenticeships' and only use 100% disposable equipment.
The shop is regularly inspected by the board of health and is a member in good
standing with the Ontario Tattoo Association in support of regulating safe
tattooing in the province of Ontario.
